What are you talking about? All breeds of horses are descended from Arabians. In fact, a lot of TBs today still have a concave face. I like both breeds a lot. One of the best horses that I owned was an Anglo-Arabian (half TB, half Arab) sport horse. She was gorgeous too! After I trained her and surpassed her ability (she was a jumper), we sold her to the owners of the barn where I board. She was a lesson horse for awhile, but she's going to have a foal this spring.

NO not all tb do becuse they can be full tb the only way they can have arabian in them is it is a cross breed. Like my Tb is no were close to arabian. Yes they did come from them but they dont have it in them

its funny, because thoroughbreds have arab in them. so saying "arabs suck, tbs rock" is just stupid. there really the same, exect for some comformation. arabs are better in certain things then thoroughbreds, and visa versa. ITS ONLY A MATTER OF OPINION

I would love to have both horses.All horses are beautiful in there on ways.Some horses arent good at jumping or dressage,but that dosent mean we should say bad things about theme.I love Arabians and TBs.

Actually, the Spanish Conquistidors brought over the horse, the Spanish Barbs (an Arabian bloodline), horses aren't Native to the Americas. And Thoroughbreds are based upon 4 foundation Arabian Stallions, it's the Arabian stallion Eclipse that all, but one I believe, of the Triple Crown Winners can be trace to. You all should learn your bloodlines, judge a horse by his disposition, willingness, conformation, and heart. Get out there and learn, do something, don't sit & spew animosity.

I totally agree! People should be glad arabs are around anyway, not only because if it weren't for them, there would be no tb's, but also because they're just as lovable as tb's. Some horses just have to match people personalities.

BLODyVET! I am so agree with you! Tb have my horse great grand-pop blood in them--they don't even know. That's why TB are overbread for their speed. That is why they are so fragile. The only 2 breeds of horses in America that don't have Arabian blood are mustangs and APPL. You're rite how can u talk trash about sum horse breed that ur horse came frm? HATERS!

yeah i know that! but thoroughbreds are way different than arabs. the only way i can tell they are related is their endurance and sometimes their faces are a little dished.
