I loved the old Nightwish, i dont like Anette and the new Nightwish so much, but oh come on you can't say she hasn't got a good voice at all! Her voice just doesn't fit the old songs and old Nightwish in general. Imho they shouldn't play the old songs live, it just ruins them ... However, she's doing fine on the new songs!

Why tarja get fired from nightwish? Reason was that asshole from agentina,Marcelo Cabuli, who intervene band´s business, and the band leader, holopainen, make his own conclusions. He just did release tarja from nightwish. Tarja was just a singer, nothing else.

Because their styles are so different, comparing them is virtually impossible! Yes you have Tarja fan-boys and Anette fan-boys (or girls) but as long as the band is working and playing good music, I don't care. you do know of course that live and CD are way different... in the studio they can tweak with off sounds, this ain't nowhere near as bad as a live concert of Shania Twain... The only album that I have and LOVE is Master Passion Greed... I LOVE Annette's voice... I've heard Tarja on Oceanborn (sp?)... I don't like the operatic sound of her voice.

I'm glad to hear that she is getting better live. She is a good album singer but live is a different story. (Although, I would lose range from stagefright if I were fronting such a great band as Nightwish as well).
